Name: Simply put, your name. Since Naruto is set in a Japanese culture, these names need to be Japanese. If you have trouble finding a Japanese name, our Profile staff, and even some of the members, will be kind enough to help you out.
Age: In accordance with the section of the rules showing age guidelines, this is the age of your character.
Gender: Are you a guy, or a girl?
Height: How tall are you? To keep things simple, please use Feet, inches (x' x") as the unit of measurement.
Weight:How heavy are you? To keep things simple, please use pounds (lbs) as the unit of measurement.
Hair: What color is your hair?
Eye: What color are your eyes?
Build: Is your character muscular, skinny, athletically built, etc?
Hitae-ate: Where does your character wear their Hitae-ate (Headband)
Relatives/Family: Do you have any family? Are they alive?

Rank: What rank is your character?
Village/Country: What village are you from? What country is that village in?
Personality/Attitude: Does your character have a cold shoulder all the time? Are they happy? Depressed?
Chakra Nature: Fill this out according to the rules.
Affinity: Fill this out according to the affinity chart. You may distribute 30 points amongst your stats as you like.
